Consistent. Good food and vibe. I like that they dont play super loud music so you can actually talk to the people you are there with. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Other restaurants in the area have time limit and spending limit but Sultan does not do that which is also a plus!
From the 1st time I went I have had no complaints. Great Food esp toshka (best I've had) and Hookah flavor have Full depth of taste. I even met owner and do Wednesday dinner party with DJ and Bellydancer.
